On an audio basis, having
your audio gear operating free from the vagaries of the power lines means stable, clean
current delivery from the built-in SLA batteries. This results in a more life-like
musical presentation with all the dynamics and nuances of the performance accurately
portrayed. Feeding your audio equipment power from our AC outlets is the equivalent of
putting dirty gasoline in your car. Plain and simple, it's nasty! (see "Audiophile
Description").
Far superior sound and lots of current left
over for your flat screen and cable box and any conventionally powered gear that may share
the same circuit. We only have 15 amps per circuit available (if you're lucky!) and taking
the amplifier, the main power consumer, out of the loop, allows all your remaining
equipment to receive adequate power and maximizes the overall system performance.
 The SLA battery
operated products once they are turned on now operate exclusively from their internal
batteries. Turn off the Signature series amplifiers and the battery charger
automatically kicks in taking approximately 3 minutes of recharge time for every hour
of usage ie: use the fully charged amp for 3 hours, turn it off and it will fully
re-charge in less than 10 minutes. Once the batteries are fully re-charged the 24 volt 2
amp battery recharger automatically shuts down and the unit is no longer drawing power.
The maximum recharge time for the amplifiers with the new SMART battery monitoring
feature is less than an hour at 48 watts consumption.
Another unique feature for our off the
grid products is portability. The amplifiers, iMod and servers are relatively
compact and can be easily moved from one room to another, to the backyard, taken to the
cottage even in your marine craft or down by the dock for spectacular sound anywhere, as
the internal batteries will drive the amplifiers for 20 plus hours before re-charging.
