• Off The Grid Audio is an authorized dealer for all our products.  We stand behind our various manufacturer's warranties.  Any warranty claims can be submitted directly to us for resolution. Please follow the "Instructions for Return".

• Your invoice will be prepared immediately on shipping and your tracking number will be on it.  This will be faxed to you within 24 hours after the courier leaves.  It is your responsibility to trace and track.   We assume no responsibility for lost shipments.

• On line orders require payment in full, prior to shipping. Cancelled custom orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

• All sales may be returned, for credit on store merchandise only, within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be in original condition and original packaging. Please follow instructions for return.
• No cash refunds, exception:
  • For Signature series products from Red Wine Audio (Signature 30, 30.2, 70, 70.2 and the 3S Source Direct Switch and, soon to be released, Isabella Preamplifier), we offer a no-risk 30-day money back return policy, which only applies if the amplifier and charger and/or switch box are returned to us (at owner’s cost) in the same condition as it was shipped. It is the owner's responsibility to insure the package against damage in shipment. Refunds for purchases made with PayPal will not include PayPal service fees that Off The Grid Audio incurred for the transaction (~2.9%).

• Please note we can only refund shipping charges if the return was the result of our error.

Damaged During Shipping

• If an item is damaged when it arrives, please contact us right away by:
  • calling the Customer Service number included with each delivery, or
  • by email
• Our Customer Service department is open Monday to Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Outside of these hours, please leave a message with your phone number and we will contact you on the next business day.
• We will arrange for the product to be pciked up and exchanged.

Instructions for Returns

To return your purchase:

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item by:
  • emailing us or
  • calling us at the number that accompanies each delivery. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday to Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.
• You must be assigned a Return Authorization Number
• A return may void a multiple purchase discount.
• Returns must be sent prepaid ,and insured for the full price, by a traceable courier to our office: 33 Lakeview Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M6J 3B2
• Your return must include:
  • Our invoice to you with the Return Authorization Number written on it.
  • The items you purchased from us new, in unused condition and in its original packaging materials, along with the original instruction booklets and warranty cards, if applicable.
• Goods must be returned within 10 days of having assigned the return authorization number.

• Free Set up and Delivery Area from Highway 427 to Markham Road up to the 401. Call for delivery charges beyond this area.
• We will ship world-wide ONLY where authorized to do so.  Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid delays and additional costs for re-shipping.
• Couriers will only deliver orders during regular business hours between Monday and Friday.
• The exact shipping costs and applicable taxes will be given to you before you submit your order.
• If there is a delay on your order, you will be notified by e-mail.
• Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed before being shipped.
• Your order can be shipped within 2 to 10 business days subject to availability. Shipping charges vary according to the weight and size of the package, where you want the item delivered and how fast you want it delivered. This means, if you place your order on Thursday at 10 am and you wanted it shipped within 2 business days, you can expect your item to arrive on the following Tuesday before 6 P.M.
• Please order early during holiday events as deliveries and order processing may be delayed.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, simply follow the "Instructions for Return" within 30 days of receipt for credit on store merchandise or, in the case of Red Wine Audio Signature products, full refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued  in the same method as the order was paid.

All sales are final after 30 days.

We've structured our web site so that, in general, you can visit Off the Grid Audio on the web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified), you can be assured that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with Off the Grid Audio.

Off the Grid Audio will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to others unless we have your permission or are required by law.

Off the Grid Audio may use your contact information for any announcement regarding changes to our site, new products we introduce and special offers. If you prefer not to receive such information, please email our office and we will remove your contact information from our database.

• When you purchase a product from us, you will be entering into the "Secure Transaction" portion of our site where the information you provide us is encrypted.  This means information such as your credit card number, name and all personal information cannot be read as the information travel over the Internet.

• You pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit as a result of shopping at Off the Grid Audio’s web site.  Under the current credit regulations, you cannot be held liable for fraudulent charges. However, you must notify your credit card issuer immediately when you notice unauthorized use of your credit card.

• You can always fax us your order and credit card information.   All you have to do is complete the process online, print your order form with your credit card information and fax to us at 647-344-5751.  We will email you in the next business day to let you know that we received your order.
